Job description

At Clark Pacific, the Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet required specifications and quality standards. Working closely with the Quality team, production personnel, and leadership, this role oversees inspection, testing, and quality processes while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with the Quality Management System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
    • Oversee inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to established quality, reliability, and performance requirements.
    • Communicate quality expectations and standards to production teams and support staff.
    • Develop and improve procedures, specifications, and quality control methods to enhance product quality.
    • Monitor raw material compliance and supplier quality requirements.
    • Conduct assessments of production processes and implement in-house quality policies and procedures.
    • Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve compliance and product quality.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to quality personnel and inspectors.
    • Inspect final output to verify compliance and maintain product consistency and standardization.
    • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and statistical analysis to support quality initiatives.
    • Communicate quality concerns and findings with production teams and management.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control, quality assurance, or related field required.
    • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and continuous improvement practices.
    • Ability to read production drawings, specifications, and use measuring tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.
    • Experience maintaining accurate documentation and quality records.
