Job description

K2 Trenchless is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We have immediate openings for full-time General Laborers with some travel. Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Employees in this position perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This may include operating hand and power tools of all types, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers. Landscaping experience desired.

Job Qualifications:

NO Experience Needed but Preferred:

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical and/or welding skills a plus
• Ability to operate equipment a plus
• Dependable and hard working
• Physically able to climb, lift and bend repeatedly during an 8 to 10 hour shift
• A positive and professional attitude
• Ability to comply with all safety rules
Physical Requirements:
• Standing
• Walking
• Climbing, stooping and bending
• Periodic lifting of 50 to 75 pounds
• Duties may require working from heights
Environmental Working Conditions:
• All work is performed outside in heat, cold and inclement weather
• Exposure to all elements of nature
