Jobs at K-FLEX can range from engineering and production roles to sales, logistics, and administrative positions. Employees typically work in manufacturing plants, corporate offices, or as part of the field sales and technical support teams, contributing to the development and distribution of innovative insulation solutions. Working at K-FLEX often involves collaboration in a dynamic, international environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Familiarity with production machinery, safety protocols, and inventory management systems like ERP software is commonly required.
