Juvenile Program Manager information

What is a juvenile program manager?

Juvenile Program Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing programs and services designed to support and rehabilitate young people involved in the juvenile justice system. They manage staff, coordinate resources, and ensure that programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Their goal is to promote positive development, reduce recidivism, and help youth successfully reintegrate into their communities. Juvenile Program Managers often work closely with social workers, law enforcement, and community organizations to provide comprehensive support.
