These solutions may include mock trials, focus groups, jury research, and technology to analyze potential jurors' backgrounds and attitudes. The goal is to assist attorneys in understanding jury behavior and improving their chances of a favorable verdict. Jury Solutions professionals often have backgrounds in law, psychology, or communications, and work closely with trial teams throughout the litigation process.
