Position Specific Description

NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced legal practitioner to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non-recourse portfolio financings, tax equity transactions, mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions, and a proven record of commercial awareness. This position will provide legal support primarily related to complex renewables portfolio financings, including project financings, joint venture transactions, and tax equity transactions, and potentially corporate financings, and play a lead role in drafting, negotiating, and providing transactional assistance to internal clients.
