As the SEO Supervisor, you will oversee the daily work of junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. You will drive digital marketing success and deliver on client KPIs through expert analysis of website analytics data and optimization recommendations. You will also audit and QA technical and content optimizations to ensure best practices and alignment with project objectives.
A Day in the Life:
* Oversee day-to-day SEO operations, guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
* Provide recommendations on content and technical SEO tactics to drive project success.
* Collaborate with senior team members to define project goals, develop strategies, and establish SEO milestones.
* Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Identify process improvements, recommend efficiency enhancements, and propose automation solutions.
* Train junior team members on best practices and support client presentation development, delivering high-quality project outputs.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years of SEO experience, and 1+ year in healthcare/pharma.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and third-party SEO tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, content and technical optimization tactics, and ability to analyze website performance.
Keeping a pulse on healthcare industry news, regulations (HIPAA), and market landscape to inform SEO strategies.
Skilled in multitasking, SEO project management, and proactive problem-solving, with attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work.
