About the Role

We're looking for a talented Junior Designer with a passion for beauty, branding, and digital storytelling to join our Creative team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Working closely with our Art Director, and both print and digital designers, you'll help bring the Farmacy brand to life across digital, print, retail, and packaging touchpoints.

From designing social and ecommerce assets to supporting visual merchandising and packaging initiatives, no two days are exactly the same. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of creative projects while learning from an experienced team that's passionate about creating thoughtful, elevated work. We're looking for someone who's excited to learn, eager to contribute, and ready to jump in wherever they're needed.

Our Creative team is made up of six designers, art directors, and creatives who genuinely enjoy working together. We're collaborative, supportive, and passionate about creating beautiful work-and we have a lot of fun doing it.

We're looking for someone who brings not only strong creative skills, but also a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. We believe the best ideas come from teams built on trust, kindness, and collaboration, so finding the right personality fit is just as important to us as finding the right designer.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptionally talented creative team, gain exposure to multiple areas of design-including digital, photography, retail, packaging, and campaign development-and continue developing your craft in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Design creative assets across digital marketing, ecommerce, email, paid media, and social channels.
  • Edit video content for digital campaigns and social platforms.
  • Assist the Senior Print Designer in developing visual merchandising, retail, and packaging creative.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Social, Ecommerce, PR, and Creative Operations to deliver thoughtful, on-brand creative.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Stay current on design, beauty, fashion, and cultural trends to inspire fresh ideas.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to support the Creative team and evolving business priorities.
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling across both digital and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Experience editing video content.
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices across social, ecommerce, email, and paid media.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for beauty, branding, design, and emerging creative trends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to commute to our NYC office a minimum of two days per week.

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience)
