Salary: $70,000-$100,000 + up to 15% annual bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Junior Visual Designer (or Junior Art Director) is an early-career creative professional responsible for the execution of brand-led design assets across digital and physical touchpoints. This role focuses on graphic design, typography, and visual storytelling-ensuring that every piece of content Thresh produces is aesthetically compelling and aligned with our brand identity. This is a role for a maker who leads with visual craft and brand architecture, with UX and interaction design as secondary strengths.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

BRAND & VISUAL DESIGN

  • Develop and execute high-impact visual assets for sales and pitch decks, as well as client presentations.
  • Design comprehensive brand and marketing collateral across web, social, and print formats.
  • Create engaging client deliverables, including decks, reports, and custom microsites.
  • Support the visual execution of internal Thresh brand work and design systems.

CREATIVE COLLABORATION

  • Collaborate with Senior Art Directors to translate strategic concepts into visual executions.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh aesthetic perspectives.
  • Partner with Thresh stakeholders to create branded internal and external communications.
