Job description

We're looking for a creative and driven Junior Video Editor/DP to join our team and help bring our internal and social content to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes video - someone who's equally comfortable behind a camera as they are in an edit suite, and who's hungry to grow their craft in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About Ammunition
Ammunition is a growing independent agency network built for ambitious marketers operating in complex B2B2C markets. With integrated teams in North America (Atlanta) and Europe (London), Ammunition unifies strategy, creative, media, and technology into one accountable partner, aligned to a single outcome: measurable growth. Privately held and proudly independent, Ammunition is a member of Worldwide Partners, the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's), and the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA).
Description
Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce internal videos, social content, and branded assets from raw footage through to final delivery.
  • Operate cameras and manage simple single or multi-camera setups for interviews, product shoots, and social content.
  • Work primarily in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to edit, color grade, and motion design content.
  • Build and maintain organized project files, media libraries, and edit timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to understand content goals and translate them into compelling video.
  • Create motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and basic animations using After Effects.
  • Color correct and grade footage to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Export and deliver content optimized for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal presentations, etc.).
  • Manage shoot logistics for simple productions - lighting setup, audio capture, and camera operation.
Qualifications:
  • You have strong, demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, including multicam editing, audio syncing, timeline management, organized project workflows, and exporting content optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, internal presentations).
  • You have working proficiency in After Effects, including motion graphics, compositing, keyframing, and creation of titles, lower thirds, and basic animations.
  • You have experience with DaVinci Resolve, including color correction, color grading, LUT application, and final export workflows.
  • You are a confident camera operator with experience using DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema-style cameras, including single and multi-camera setups for interviews, product shoots, and social content.
  • You have a genuine curiosity about AI-powered tools and video generation technologies and actively explore how they can be integrated into production and post-production workflows to enhance creativity and speed up delivery. You're excited to grow with this space and help shape how your team adopts it.
  • You have hands-on production experience managing lighting setups (3-point lighting and natural light environments), audio capture, and basic on-set production logistics.
  • You have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, including pacing, composition, sound design awareness, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across projects.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining highly organized project files, media libraries, and edit timelines.
  • You have exposure to visual effects workflows, including green screen, tracking, and compositing (nice-to-have).
  • You have introductory experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (nice-to-have).
  • You are familiar with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator (nice-to-have).
  • You have experience with audio editing and sound design (nice-to-have).
  • You're someone with a demonstrated passion for video production through a portfolio, reel, personal creative projects, or YouTube/channel work.
  • You're able to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity as needed for production days.
