User Experience Designer
About the Role
We're seeking a User Experience Designer, Specialist to design intuitive digital applications that support Financial Advisors in delivering financial planning and coaching experiences for their clients.
In this role, you'll partner closely with UX Strategists, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform customer insights and business goals into seamless digital experiences. You'll focus on designing advisor-facing software applications, helping simplify sophisticated financial workflows while improving usability and advisor efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end experiences for advisor-facing applications and digital products.
  • Translate UX strategy, business requirements, and user needs into intuitive workflows and user interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Partner with UX Strategists to bring customer-centered experience strategies to life.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Leverage user research, customer feedback, and analytics to drive design decisions.
  • Present design recommendations and concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to design standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of UX, Product Design, or UI/UX experience.
  • Experience designing software applications or digital products.
  • Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience designing B2B or B2B2C software products.
  • Experience supporting financial services, fintech, wealth management, or advisor technology platforms.
  • Experience designing applications that support complex workflows and power users.
