About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences to expand our products.


The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong attention to detail, and good communication and collaborative skills.


What you\'ll do

  • Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to help maintain and evolve design systems

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

  • Support accessibility and usability practices

  • Improve designs and systems based on internal and external feedback

  • Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions

  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to enhance the creation of mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts

  • Create and maintain UI component libraries


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or related field

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles

  • Experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS web applications

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude Design and Figma Make

  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex and innovative design solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Ability to listen to feedback and reiterate on designs


Preferred Qualifications

Position is remote work only. Occasional travel to conferences or meetings is expected. Nerdio staff is spread out throughout the world. While you will manage your own work hours, some work outside local business hours in your region is expected.
