  • Deliver installations on time and within budgeted labor hours while maintaining RSI quality and compliance standards.

  • Ensure all system work-hardware installation and programming-aligns with layered security best practices.
  • Maintain jobsite professionalism and serve as a trusted company ambassador with clients and stakeholders.
  • Help identify and ethically recruit top field talent from the market.
  • Participate in install reviews, tool talks, and KPI reviews as RSI builds a high-performing, accountability-driven team.

  • Experience with one or more systems such as Lenel, Brivo, Avigilon Alta, Avigilon Unity, Honeywell, Axis, Hanwha, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability (and desire) to mentor others and raise team performance.
  • Working knowledge of field documentation, labor tracking, and professional customer interaction.
  • Understanding of how physical and electronic security work together in a layered protection model.
  • DCJS-compliant or eligible to become compliant.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturer certifications and formal product training.
  • OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety credentials.
  • Prior leadership experience-or a clear desire to grow into field supervision/management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary aligned with leadership capability and project responsibility.
  • Health insurance for the employee and dependents (medical, dental, vision).
  • 401(k), paid holidays, and generous PTO.
