Role Overview

We are hiring a Test Analyst III, a senior-level role for QA professionals with expertise in test automation, API testing, and performance testing.

As a Test Analyst III, you will drive test strategy, lead automation framework development, and optimize testing pipelines for enterprise applications. You'll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, defect-free software deployments.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Senior Test Analysts (5+ Years of QA & Test Automation Experience)

Design and implement test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to streamline release cycles.
Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools to validate integrations.
Optimize CI/CD pipeline testing to support DevOps and continuous deployment strategies.
Work with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools to improve test efficiency.
Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers to implement shift-left testing strategies for early defect detection.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improving software quality.
Support UAT testing efforts, ensuring seamless user experience validation.

For QA Engineers with Advanced Test Automation & Performance Testing Expertise (7+ Years of Experience)
  • Architect, optimize, and scale test automation frameworks for enterprise applications.
  • Define and implement risk-based testing strategies to prioritize test efforts effectively.
  • Develop custom test scripts and automation solutions to enhance testing coverage.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects, ensuring long-term system stability.
