High School or Technical Students, Choose Your Path. 

The Kickstart Program is an eight-week, hands-on summer experience designed for students who are serious about exploring a career in the construction industry. Participants will work alongside construction professionals, gain real-world experience, and learn what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment.

This program is a great opportunity—but it isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for dependable, motivated students who are ready to show up, work hard, follow direction, and learn.

To qualify for the Kickstart Program, you must:
  • Be a current high school junior or senior, recent high school graduate, or eligible technical student
  • Have a genuine interest in construction and learning about career opportunities in the industry
  • Be dependable and committed to showing up on time and ready to work
  • Be willing and able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
  • Be prepared for physical, hands-on work and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Be able to listen to instructions, follow directions, and take safety requirements seriously
  • Be willing to complete assigned tasks—even when they are challenging, repetitive, or outside your comfort zone
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn from others
  • Be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating respectfully with supervisors and coworkers
  • Be willing to take initiative, accept feedback, and improve throughout the program
  • Commit to the expectations and schedule of the full eight-week program
