Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Jr. Technical Project Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Seattle, WA.
The Project Manager will lead execution of firmwide SDLC, CI/CD, and developer tooling alignment integration as part of Parametric's Technology Alignment Program (TAP). It will focus on consolidating and integrating complex tooling into a single firm approved toolchain supporting cloud and automation standards.
The role is execution heavy and operates at the center of engineering, infrastructure, and security, driving adoption of standardized SDLC controls, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow integration, and automation migration across Parametric. The position partners directly with application teams and platform engineering to enable scalable, repeatable, and compliant software.
Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery of SDLC controls baseline implementation across apps and engineering teams
  • Drive CI/CD toolchain standardization and adoption, eliminating fragmented dev workflows
  • Lead ServiceNow (Prod 2) alignment for change, release, and ITSM integration
  • Coordinate automation migration efforts to support modern engineering and cloud delivery
  • Execute full SDLC pattern adoption across PPA, to include governance
  • Partner with cloud engineering and security to ensure alignment with AWS and firm control frameworks
  • Sequence and manage cross functional dependencies across engineering, infra, risk, and vendors
  • Establish clear project deliverables, timelines and metrics (adoption, compliance, velocity, and pipeline maturity as well)
  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors / AWS partners
Required Skills:
  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related area of study from an accredited college or university with applicable project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability or Proven IT delivery background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all program/project phases - plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test, and implement.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing projects with a very large number of moving pieces
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
  • Not afraid to get involved in complex issues to drive problem solving, and rapidly get to solutions.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to "manage upward "; able to think on your feet and exercise good judgment and decision making. Must pay attention to details.
