JUNIOR CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER
JOB SUMMARY
Nippon Sanso Matheson (NSM) is looking for (1) junior-levelControl Systems Integrator to fill a full-time position. The ideal candidatewill work with the Control Systems Manager to develop the control systemframework for new Air Separation Unit (ASU) plant control systems within thecompany as assigned, ensure assignments are completed within budget and onschedule, and communicate effectively with team members on project status andneeds.
Essential Functions
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop initial PLC programming framework for new ASU plantcontrol systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop initial HMI visualization for new ASU plant controlsystems accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop initial hardware configuration for new ASU plantcontrol systems, including specification of control systems hardware and plantnetwork architecture hardware.
Provide commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshootingsupport of all control systems hardware and software throughout on-site ASUplant start-up, and otherwise as needed.
Proactively coordinate with project managers, vendorengineers, field technicians, and contractors throughout the engineering,commissioning, and start-up phases of new ASU plants.
Assist with FAT (factory acceptance testing) and SAT (siteacceptance testing) of all control systems hardware and software for new ASUplants.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree Anengineering degree from an ABET accredited university is Required
Work Experience
1-3 years Minimum of 2 years' experience incontrol systems programming, or 5 years of equivalent experience is Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with multiple PLC platforms including SiemensSIMATIC S7, SIMATIC S5/CTI, and Allen-Bradley.
Experience with multiple HMI/visualization platformsincluding Inductive Automation/Ignition, Siemens WinCC, and SIMATIC HMI.
Experience with IT/OT, industrial control systemsnetworking, and SQL database management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong technical and analytical proficiency with the abilityto multitask effectively and thrive in a team environment.
