WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Preferred qualifications include a 4-year university degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years of IT Network/System Administrator experience, 2+ years of IT leadership or management experience, and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP and CRM). We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of IT Network/System Administrator experience
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)

We're seeking a driven technology professional who can confidently support critical business systems, build strong vendor partnerships, contribute to strategic discussions, and serve as a trusted resource across multiple company locations.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Local travel between company locations is required as part of the role, and occasional travel to other J&T locations may be necessary based on business needs. On-call support may also be required as needed.

As our Systems Administrator, you'll play a critical role in keeping Worldwide Foam connected, secure, and prepared for continued growth. Your day may begin by participating in a weekly IT strategy meeting where you help identify technology risks and future opportunities, before transitioning into managing vendor relationships, coordinating projects involving networking, telecommunications, or hardware implementations, and ensuring systems continue operating at peak performance. You'll oversee backup and disaster recovery processes, verify software licensing compliance, support telecommunications systems across multiple locations, and collaborate with external partners to execute key technology initiatives. Whether you're troubleshooting an urgent issue, assisting with infrastructure improvements, or providing on-call support when needed, your expertise will directly influence the efficiency and success of our organization every day.
