Job description

Job Summary:
JMARK is a leading provider of managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud technologies, and strategic IT consulting. They are seeking a System Administrator I to serve as the onsite IT resource for a Law Firm Client, providing support and training for day-to-day IT activities. The role involves responding to IT requests, assisting clients with hardware issues, and developing systems to enhance service quality.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop functions for an environment of approximately 60 users serving as liaison with contracted IT company and vendor software support companies.
โ€ข Responds to IT requests through calls, emails, and tickets
โ€ข Assist team members with resolving IT issues.
โ€ข Assist Clients with exceptional customer service with their personal phones, laptops, tablets, etc.
โ€ข Assist with the following hardware issues: desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and peripherals.
โ€ข Answers inquiries and clarifies desired information; researching, locating, and providing accurate information, including education to team members with solutions.
โ€ข Utilize de-escalation skills and escalate cases when necessary to IT support provider.
โ€ข Enhance organization and IT departments reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the position.
โ€ข Assist in developing systems and procedures to deliver quality service to end users.
โ€ข Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum of two years working in a technical operating capacity
โ€ข High School graduate or equivalent required
โ€ข Excellent organizational and analytical skills
โ€ข Understanding of and adherence to all data and physical security and confidentiality policies and procedures
โ€ข Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred:
โ€ข Previous experience working on help desk tickets or desktop support preferred
โ€ข Experience handling IT in a Legal/Regulated related environment preferred
โ€ข Previous Window Server experience is a plus
โ€ข Previous Active Directory experience preferred
โ€ข Experience with Pro Law is a plus
