The role contributes to efficient resource management by managing optimized supply lead time and ensuring timely delivery of materia

ls.The role is responsible for Improving consensus between Sales/SCM/Marketing/Logistics by mitigating gaps to targets. The role will drive operational and technological requirements for product group segments for Digital Appliance.


Roles & Responsibilities

โ€ข Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

โ€ข Collect, document, and manage information pertaining to accounts, including order rhythm, service level expectations, process flows, and ETA information.

โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning.

โ€ข Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

โ€ข Support import customs clearance processes by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

โ€ข Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage material requirements and production schedules. โ€ข

โ€ข Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain performance.


Minimum Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology (IT)or a related field.

โ€ข 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.

โ€ข Strong programming skills in Tableau and Alteryx.

โ€ข Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, R) and database management (e.g.,

SQL).

โ€ข Proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

โ€ข Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

โ€ข Must be comfortable presenting and building consensus with counterparts and customers.

โ€ข Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
