WonderBotz is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1โ€“2 years of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements.
  • Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and automation technologies.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs,ย and AI and Machine Learning concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation technologies such as: UiPath , Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism
