About the Opportunity

Our engineering team supports software applications that power FASHIONPHILE's eCommerce platform and internal business systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to building scalable, reliable solutions while continuously developing technical skills through hands-on coding, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving. This is hybrid 1-day per week in our Lehi, Utah office. Responsibilities include:

  • Working with internal Tech teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new system features and enhancements based on project business requirements and technical feasibility

  • Performing code testing and code reviews of software deliverables

  • Analyzing user needs to design and develop software solutions to meet internal customer requirements through team and individual efforts

  • Other duties as assigned  

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or 2 years of relevant experience

  •  0-2 years of professional software development experience

  • Someone who is easter to learn, passionate about technology and committed to delivering high quality software that enhances both the employee and customer experience

  • Ability to work under close supervision with heavy guidance and mentorship

  • Exposure in (one) of the following programming languages/tech stacks

  • PHP/Laravel

  • Javascript / React

  • SQL

  • AI Coding Tools

  • Exposure in the following areas is preferred

  • AWS

  • System Architecture

  • Shopify Integrations 

  • Located within commuting distance of Lehi, Utah

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $65,000-$85,000 for this position in our hybrid location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
