Job Summary:

They are seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the Army National Guard's ENOCS program by developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise application code. This role is crucial for ensuring applications meet requirements and adhere to security standards within Agile/DevSecOps environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain application code in alignment with approved requirements and security standards.
• Test software to ensure functionality and security compliance.
• Support defect resolution and implement system enhancements.
• Participate in integration activities and ensure deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application delivery.
• Document development activities following enterprise standards.
• Maintain version control and adhere to secure coding practices.
• Coordinate with testing and deployment teams to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Clearance: Secret Eligible required
• U.S. Citizenship required
• DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Basic proficiency level
• Certifications (one or more required): CND
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Up to 3 years of experience in software development within DoD or Federal IT environments
• Experience with modern programming languages and development frameworks
• Proven ability to follow secure coding practices and maintain version control
• Experience in Agile or DevSecOps development environments
