This entry-level role works under the guidance of senior technical staff and uses AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot or Claude, to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, documentation, and testing while maintaining established standards for security, quality, privacy, and source control.

As a Junior AI Developer, you will:
• Develop and maintain entry-level applications, scripts, integrations, and workflow automations using approved programming languages, frameworks, and development standards.
• Use GitHub Copilot, Claude, or comparable approved AI coding assistants proficiently to generate, explain, refactor, test, and document code while independently reviewing all output for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Assist with building and integrating generative AI solutions, including prompt-based applications, chat interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and approved large language model APIs.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into technical tasks, prototypes, and working software under the direction of senior developers or IT leadership.
