Role Summary

Provide technical leadership including strategy, implementation, and support for AML application platforms. Collaborate with internal interfacing technology teams and platforms. Engage with 3rd party vendors/partners who provide internal and hosted solutions. Engage and support operational users of the platforms. Engage in API development to deliver core banking services enabling applications across the bank.

Essential Functions

Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned; performs peer code reviews. Participates in the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms. Provides mentorship and training for junior engineers. Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers within and external to the team. Provides continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency. Applies recommended information security standards when developing code and seeks to validate. Assesses the technical viability of new and emerging products and technologies. Contributes to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code. Identifies potential standards and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required

Required Work Experience

10+ yrs direct experience with development, implementation and support of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) โ€“ AML, Fraud and CTR modules Direct experience with OFSAA version 8.x, preferably v8.1.1 Advanced knowledge of AML concepts such as transaction monitoring, alert review, and case workflows Advanced experience supporting platforms integrated with multiple upstream and downstream data sources

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
