Como referente de la transformacion ecologica, en Veolia ofrecemos soluciones para la gestion eficiente de las actividades de agua, residuos y energia, impulsando el desarrollo sostenible de las ciudades, industrias y agricultura.

Trabajamos principalmente en tres grandes areas: agua,  ofreciendo soluciones tanto en gestion urbana como industrial; reciclaje y valorizacion transformandolos en nuevos recursos, y energia mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo el consumo y las emisiones en edificios, industrias y ciudades.

Desde Veolia buscamos incorporar Ingenieros/as Junior que quieran unirse a nuestro Grow Up Program donde podras participar en un programa de desarrollo profesional de 1 ano de duracion, combinando experiencia practica en un entorno real y formacion teorica que complemente tu desarrollo. Te prepararemos para convertirte en un/a futuro/a profesional clave y generar un gran valor dentro de la compania.

Esta experiencia se basara en combinar conocimientos en las operaciones, oficina tecnica, asi como en el desarrollo de un proyecto final estrategico.

Como empezaremos? Haciendo una gran bienvenida al programa!

Comenzaremos con una semana de onboarding orientado al conocimiento de los distintos negocios de Veolia mediante visitas a las instalaciones de agua, energia, reciclaje y valorizacion. Conoceras la estrategia de la compania de la mano de los/as grandes expertos/as de la compania, y conoceras a tu mentor/a.

El programa se desarrollara en distintas ubicaciones como Madrid y La Coruna, de tal forma que obtendras una vision 360 de la linea de negocio de residuos: 

  • Plasticos

  • Residuos Municipales

  • Residuos Industriales, Comerciales y Biomasa

Combinaras la formacion en las areas tecnicas y de negocio con: 

  • Workshops sobre sostenibilidad y economia circular.

  • Espacios de networking con lideres senior y expertos/as en sostenibilidad y economia circular.

Requisitos

Cuales seran los requisitos principales para optar al programa?

  • Ser recien graduados/as en Ingenieria industrial, ambiental, energetica, quimica, civil, forestal o equivalente. 

  • Contar con minimo 6 meses practicas - maximo 2 anos de experiencia profesional. 

  • Nivel B2 de Ingles.

  • Disponibilidad para movilidad geografica.
