Job description

Summary

IngenuitE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Agile Product Management capabilities and handsโ€on experience supporting ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with IFS ERP strongly preferred. This hybrid role requires a technical leader who can drive product vision, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Experience in design, development, and maintainenance of enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate

โ€ข Experience serving as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities

โ€ข Experience translating stakeholders needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items

โ€ข Ability to Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems

โ€ข Experience using Git for version control and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation

โ€ข Experience overseeing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management

โ€ข Ability to provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship

โ€ข Providing support to other Developers and Engineers on design best practices

Qualifications

โ€ข Twelve years of demonstrated experience in information systems development (including functional/requirements analysis, design, programming, and documentation).

โ€ข Minimum ten years of intensive, progressive experience in Java Development and Agile development methods

โ€ข Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment

โ€ข Seniorโ€level Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST, microservices)

โ€ข Handsโ€on experience with IFS ERP (preferred) and/or COTS Warehouse Management Systems

โ€ข Proficiency in using, configuring and maintaining Git, Jira, and Confluence with large scale Java projects

โ€ข Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with technical, functional and corporate leadership stakeholders


Required Qualifications

โ€ข Education: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.


Location

This position requires an On-site presence in Oklahoma City, OK.
