Allied Universal® is hiring a Regional Director of Strategic Sales Solutions. The Regional Director of Strategic Sales Solutions will play a vital role in customer engagement, sales planning, and leadership. This role will engage with existing and prospective guarding customers to introduce and promote systems integration capabilities and lead regional technology showcase events. The Regional Director of Strategic Sales Solutions will also mentor and coach junior sales team members and collaborate with sales operations to implement sales tools and training. The Regional Director of Strategic Sales Solutions can expect overnight domestic travel as needed to support sales strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Engagement:
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective guarding customers to introduce and promote our systems integration capabilities
  • Attend quarterly business reviews, virtual, and on-site customer meetings with our guarding and sales organizations, offering strategic insights and support
  • Qualify opportunities and conceptualize solutions to address customer needs. Lead opportunities through the sales lifecycle, from concept to quote
  • Lead customer-facing regional technology showcase events
Sales Planning:
  • Mentor and coach sales teams, supporting activities for enterprise, strategic, and commercial customers
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales Operations to implement sales tools and training
  • Provide strategic direction to help the region achieve and exceed its sales targets
  • Lead the strategic vision in preparing large competitive proposals (over $1MM) and RFPs
Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Lead biweekly cross-functional team meetings to align strategies and ensure effective delivery to the customer
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between guard services, technology solutions, and customers to achieve strategic goals

You will report to the Vice President of Strategic Solutions and work closely with the Guard Services regional president.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field of study
    • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field of study with a minimum of seven (7) years of technical sales experience in a related field selling to commercial end users
    • High School diploma with a minimum of ten (10) years of technical sales experience in a related field selling to commercial end users
  • Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of technical sales experience in a related field selling to commercial end users
  • Experience in overseeing key sales activities and strategic selling techniques, including capture management
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Collaborative leadership with problem-solving ability to manage multiple large, complex proposals
  • Demonstrated networking experience and drive to position Allied Universal® Technology Services as an industry leader
  • Serve as an industry subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of organizational business practices and challenges
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships at all organizational levels and manage effectively under difficult service delivery timeframes
  • Dedicated to high-quality customer service and integrity
  • Proficient in web-based applications and Microsoft programs, Salesforce.com for metrics-driven reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
  • Sales leadership experience in the electronic security industry
  • Security Systems design best practices
BENEFITS:
  • Base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 annual + 30% annual bonus potential + auto allowance

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
