About the Role:
The Principal Salesforce Solutions Engineer is a lead technical position which plays a dual role in both systems administration and development. They lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards. This role involves developing scalable architectures, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and engaging with stakeholders to address business challenges. They manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers. With strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, they stay current with industry trends and Salesforce best practices, ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and Maintain Salesforce: Manage user profiles, security settings, custom objects, fields, and automation tools to ensure optimal platform performance.
  • Develop Custom Solutions: Use Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs to create tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user-reported problems to maintain system reliability.
  • Integration Management: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

About You:
  • H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
  • 4 Years - At least 4 years of experience working in Apex Programming, custom development of LWC components, Triggers, integration using Rest APIs. (Required)
  • 4 Projects - At least worked in 4 projects involving Lightning development projects (custom development of Lightning Web Components) (Preferred)
  • 3 Years - At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle (Agile Methodology) including Deployment/Packaging effectively (Required)
  • 2 Years - At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Service Cloud. (Preferred)
  • 2 Years - Hands on experience with Mulesoft. (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization and development using Apex, Visualforce, OmniScript, CRMA, Lightning and Lightning Web components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Financial Cloud or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the organization.

The pay range for this role is $74,654.42 - $138,645.15
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
