Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer

Location: Hartford, CT Hybrid
Contract: Long-term contract
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM EST, 40 hours/week

Local Requirement: Must be within a 2-hour drive of Hartford, CT, preferably within 1 hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to support enterprise applications and participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex, Object-Oriented Programming, Salesforce design patterns, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations. The candidate will work on both existing Salesforce applications and new application development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications.

  • Develop solutions using Apex and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

  • Build and maintain Lightning Pages and Visualforce Pages.

  • Work with SOQL, CRUD operations, configuration, and Salesforce development.

  • Apply appropriate Salesforce and software design patterns.

  • Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.

  • Support application integration and end-to-end web development.

  • Participate in requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Work independently from requirements through implementation.

  • Collaborate with development and business teams.

  • Mentor junior/less-experienced developers as needed.
