The Salesforce Administrator role will ensure the Salesforce environment is optimized for scalability, performance, and usability, while empowering business stakeholders with actionable insights through advanced analytics and custom dashboards. They will support requests spanning all different functional areas within Salesforce (Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Flows, SF Apps, Workflows, etc).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, security settings, and data integrity.

  • Manage and optimize system configurations, automation (Flows, Process Builder,

  • Workflow Rules), and page layouts to support evolving business needs.

  • Lead system upgrades, new release evaluations, and feature adoption for Salesforce and Einstein Analytics.

  • Maintain data quality and governance, ensuring reliable reporting and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides for Salesforce

  • features and Einstein dashboards.

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior admins or power users.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support

  • larger Salesforce initiatives and integrations.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills (written and verbal)

  • 3-5 Years of experience performing Salesforce Administrator functions

  • Proficient with Data Loader or Data Integration applications

  • Proficient with data analysis and report creation

  • Ability to proactively identify and deliver creative solutions to complex issues

  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, charts/graphs)
