Position Summary:
As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Junior Sales Representative plays an important supporting role in the success of our sales team. This position will focus primarily on assisting the sales team by entering orders and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You will act as a vital resource for order management, data entry, and administrative support, all while helping to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the sales team by entering customer orders into the system accurately and promptly.
  • Work closely with inside sales representatives to maintain and update account activities and sales literature.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining customer data for current and prospective accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Help prepare reports related to sales performance, customer orders, and inventory levels.
  • Track stock levels and assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer communication logs, preparing documentation, and organizing customer files.
  • Assist with customer inquiries related to order status and product availability.
  • Participate in maintaining an updated database with customer information and sales data.
  • Assist in processing sales contracts and other necessary paperwork as needed.
