Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks. - Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebase using Ruby on Rails, React and Redux, HAML, and Clojure. - Implement and maintain testing frameworks such as RSpec for Ruby, Jest for React, and TestCafe for end-to-end testing. - Manage DevOps processes and pipelines using Git, JIRA, BuildKite for CI/CD pipeline, and Sidekiq for backend jobs. - Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments. - Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases to design and optimize data storage solutions. - Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing applications. - Lead the team in requirement understanding, user story creation, and estimation. - Facilitate customer communication and reporting, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Coordinate with offshore teams to delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
