Job Description:

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in UiPath and broader software development with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure RPA solutions that meet business needs across the agency.

Responsibilities:

·Design and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath for complex, enterprise-level applications.

·Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

·Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.

·Guide the team in adopting best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment.

·Mentor and support junior RPA developers; review code and ensure quality and compliance with standards.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.

·Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities; recommend tools and strategies to optimize efficiency.

·Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and operational procedures.

·Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using tools such as GitHub.

·Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.

·Continuously assess and improve RPAperformance and scalability; monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.

·Ensure security, compliance, and risk mitigation are integrated into automation solutions.

·Stay informed of industry trends and evolving RPA technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualification &Preferred Skill Set

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering.
15+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software engineering.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience developing large enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
·At least 5 years of experienceas a lead RPAdeveloper or technical lead on large-scale projects.

·Deep understanding of RPAbest practices, development frameworks, and design patterns.

·Strong expertise in APIdevelopment, integration, web services, data exchange methods, and writingcomplex SQL queries.

·Expertise in UiPathOrchestrator setup, configuration, and administration.

·Proficiency in programminglanguages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java.

·Proficient in full softwarelifecycle development, including source control, iterative development, andrapid prototyping

·Knowledge and Experience withAWS and CI/CD pipelines.

·Background in full SDLC,including iterative development, prototyping, and source control.
