To thrive as a Junior RPA Developer, you need foundational programming knowledge (e.g., Python, .NET, or Java), understanding of process automation concepts, and a relevant degree in computer science or a similar field. Familiarity with RPA platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, and certifications in these tools are highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills help you collaborate with business teams and troubleshoot automation issues. What Does a Junior RPA Developer Do?

Your duties as a junior RPA developer involve working on new or existing automation systems for a company, potentially under the supervision of a more senior employee.
