This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.


Job Description and Responsibilities:ย Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer. Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

- Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Lead project teams in developing plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Analyze project data to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and documentation.
- Apply government-instituted project control and documentation processes.

Basic Requirements:ย A Junior has 3+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience. A Senior has 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or NAVAIR project management

Preferred Skills and Experience:ย 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • PMP or DAWIA certification preferred.

Education Requirements:ย Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Security Clearance:ย  Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel:ย On-Site. <5% Travel
