To address these, it's important to establish a structured daily routine, actively participate in team meetings, and use communication tools to stay engaged. Many companies provide onboarding sessions, virtual mentorship, and regular check-ins to support remote staff. Embracing feedback and proactively reaching out for guidance can also help remote juniors grow in their roles and overcome isolation or uncertainty.
