MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING FOR OR MANAGING A SPA BUSINESS AND BE LOCATED NEAR A PCRK GROUP LOCATION.


PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists, understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach

Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications

Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS

Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms

Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs

Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding


Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience recruiting massage therapists (required)

Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets

Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates

Excellent communication and organizational abilities-Computer knowledge

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
