Job Family: Intelligence Operations and Analysis

Security Clearance Level (Current): Top Secret

Security Clearance Level (Required for Access): Top Secret, SCI + Polygraph

Public Trust/Other Required: None

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Contract Length: 5 years federal contract

Shift Schedule: 24/7/365 operational; open to working 8pm to 6am, on either a 4‑day Wednesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Wednesday schedule.

Work Hours: 40 weekly hours

Travel Required: Less than 10%

Telecommuting Options: Onsite

Work Location: VA, Vienna, USA (additional locations available)

Salary Range: $72,250 – $97,750

Responsibilities
  • Apply and train junior personnel in qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical, fact‑based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record‑keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission‑critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts.
  • Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.
  • Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience.
  • Current Top Secret security clearance or higher, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Ability to work 24/7/365 operational shift schedule.
