How You'll Make an Impact
  • Learn to safely set up and operate a 3-axis high-speed CNC router
  • Read work orders and machine programmed parts using the correct tooling and fixtures
  • Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Work with CNC programmers to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency
  • Load materials, change tooling, and perform machine setups as needed
  • Operate a forklift to stage materials (training provided if needed)
  • Learn our product line and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following established 5S practices
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and help build high-quality products our customers can enjoy for years
What You'll Bring

  • CNC certificate or technical training preferred, but not required
  • No previous CNC or machine operating experience required—we'll train the right person
