Role Description The Junior Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in atlanta GA This role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources to support reporting and analysis needs. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in creating dashboards and reports, performing basic statistical analysis, and identifying trends that support business decisions for client projects. The role includes collaborating with senior analysts and project teams, documenting data processes, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The Junior Data Analyst will also help prepare presentations and summaries of findings for internal stakeholders and client partners.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets and databases, including basic data cleaning, validation, and transformation skills.
  • Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and identify patterns or trends.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing findings, documenting methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and methodologies related to data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Experience or coursework involving IT or consulting environments is a plus, as well as any exposure to SQL or programming languages like Python or R.
