DCS is searching for a performancedriven Junior Project Manager to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We're seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fastevolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

BA/BS from an accredited college or university in Business, accounting, program management, operations management, engineering with 5 years of progressive experience in managing technical projects in a military hardware/software development environment.

MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university & PMP Certification may be substituted for 2 years of experience.ย 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of technical projects.ย 

Interface with government personnel.ย 

Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.ย 

Interpret technical requirements for specific project-based activities.ย 

Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.ย 

Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Desired Skills:

Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
