Kenneth Copeland Ministries exists to communicate the uncompromised Word of God to the world, believing it has the power to transform lives. We are seeking an organized, proactive and mission-driven Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and successful delivery of ministry content and communication initiatives including campaigns and regular, scheduled content.

The Junior Project Manager plays an important role in guiding projects from initial concept through final delivery and launch. This role works closely with the Content Manager, Senior Editor and other stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly defined, properly scheduled and executed efficiently.

While this position does not carry financial or budget responsibilities, the Junior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating project timelines, facilitating communication across teams, tracking progress and ensuring that deliverables are completed accurately, on time and in alignment with ministry standards.

This role is designed as a developing project management position, providing the opportunity to build experience managing projects end-to-end while strengthening leadership, communication and workflow management skills.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative and passionate about the mission of Kenneth Copeland Ministries, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate projects from initial intake through final delivery and launch, ensuring clarity of scope, timeline and responsibilities.
  • Create, update and maintain projects and tasks within the project management software, ensuring accurate titles, assignments, priorities and due dates.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contributors to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into timelines, progress, risks and upcoming deliverables.
  • Identify potential workflow issues, scheduling conflicts or project risks and communicate them early to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Gather, organize and distribute all required project assets, including copy, graphics, images and reference materials.
  • Source images and creative assets using approved online tools, ensuring alignment with campaign themes, brand standards and visual direction.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Editor, Content Manager and other stakeholders to adjust project timelines and priorities as needed.
  • Help ensure all deliverables meet ministry quality standards prior to final release or publication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project details, timelines and outcomes to support future planning and workflow improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing improvements to project workflows, systems and processes.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the ministry’s mission, teachings and content standards.
  • Participate in ministry events, including the annual Southwest Believers’ Convention.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development in project management practices and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Participate creatively in ideation and development of content and marketing communication concepts across multiple channels.


Requirements:

Education:

  • BA or BS degree preferred in English, journalism, marketing, communications or related field.
  • Coursework, certification classes, or formal training in project management strongly desired (such as project management coursework, PM certificate programs, or related professional development).
  • Working toward a project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or similar credential preferred.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify workflow issues and assist in developing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, PM software (Wrike, Asana or the like), media management software (DB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles and methodologies preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing and communications principles, including how content supports campaigns and audience engagement.
  • Comfortable writing and editing basic marketing or communications materials, such as promotional copy, content descriptions, emails or campaign support content.
  • Strong research and asset-sourcing skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to support content and campaign development.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Desire to grow and develop professional project management skills.
