Job Summary

Syntax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP SD Public Cloud Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions. This role is well suited for someone with a solid foundation in SAP SD and a basic understanding of SAP Finance, who is eager to grow their expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to help deliver reliable, business-aligned solutions for Syntax clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of SAP SD Public Cloud solutions across a range of client projects.
  • Assist with configuring SAP SD to align with business requirements and process needs.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing solution maintenance.
  • Provide first-level support for SAP SD issues and help troubleshoot functional and technical challenges.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth operation of SAP Public Cloud systems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports and supporting materials for internal teams and client stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in training end-users on SAP SD functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay current with SAP SD Public Cloud features, updates, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support project delivery and issue resolution.
  • Partner with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and operational priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience working with SAP SD and/or SAP Public Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and related business processes.
  • Hands-on experience supporting implementation, configuration, or maintenance activities in SAP SD.
