Job Description Junior Developer / Technical Support Associate Overview This role provides direct support to the CTO across a wide range of websites and technology initiatives. The position is hands-on and varied, with exposure to front-end and back-end development, CRM systems, integrations, automations, and AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn across multiple platforms and technologies.

Core Responsibilities Assist with WordPress development, design updates, plugin management, and routine site maintenance across multiple brand websites (OTHYS, Azure, Autograph). Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of APIs (internal tools, inventory feeds, CRM integrations). Troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues across company systems, software, and user devices.

Collaborate with the CTO on new technology rollouts, automation projects, and integrations. Help implement and maintain AI-driven tools and workflows to improve efficiency in marketing, sales, and operations. Monitor and maintain website uptime, security, and performance; coordinate fixes when needed.

Provide backup support for CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and usability for brokers and agents. Document technical workflows, fixes, and processes to improve knowledge sharing and reduce bottlenecks. Test and QA new features, integrations, or tools before company-wide release.

Assist in building and refining internal reporting tools and dashboards.
