Job Description

ProSidian Consulting seeks Junior Consultant  (Sales & Operations Support Specialist) for our Consulting practice to join us in our Charlotte, NC office.  This role is key to supporting the timely execution of business operations, revenue-generating, and client engagement activities.  Junior Consultants (Sales & Operations Support Specialists) with ProSidian Consulting have a BA or equivalent qualification and 3-5 years of experience.  This includes researching and documenting possible business opportunities, modifying and managing our proposal development process, and communicating the status of these activities with the appropriate stakeholders.

This position will participate in identifying solutions to important client challenges / opportunities, support the production of results for engagement team deliverables and internal firm initiatives, drive change and impact client outcomes.  In this position, you will use your skills to participate in all phases of the business development and management process.  Reporting directly to the Managing Principal, you will be integral to the development and management of the firm and share revenues with potential equity stake based on future successes for strategic five (5) year goals and objectives.

Although daily activities may change and evolve, the following represent the initial primary areas of activity: 45% Internal Operations Focus, 45% Business Dev Initiatives, and 10% Client Service.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with other consultant practices and company business units, interfacing with contract On-Demand resources, and working with other Engagement Team Members (new employees, fellows, contractors, and collaborating partners) to develop or support business opportunities.
