We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager in Orem, Utah

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the finance and accounting operations of SFC Energy LLC in Orem, Utah. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, and cross-department collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow their finance career in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience with SAP s4hana preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills with focus on stakeholder requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

What We Expect?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, internal control, forecasting, analysis, and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS knowledge is preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages while positioning SFC Energy LLC for the achievement of deadlines and strategic goals within the finance team.
• You will lead and support the day-to-day finance of SFC Energy LLC by collaborating with external CPA, corporate controllership, operational finance.
• Interact with business operations across manufacturing and Service department.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies independently.
• Lead financial compliance and governance activities for SFC Energy LLC, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and actively supporting ESG reporting, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with implementing new finance processes and provide post-go-live support.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and offer finance expertise across a variety of assignments.
