AI Program Manager

The Opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, data science, government, or business operations projects
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior executives or Flag Officers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
  • Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting
  • Master's degree
  • SAFe Program Consultant Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
