The individual will gain experience building solutions that influence organizational strategy while working closely with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
Motivators

The project offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to create solutions that will continue delivering value long after the engagement concludes.
Ideal Candidate

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Engagement experience
  • Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Banking, Credit Union, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams

Performance Objectives

2. Build and Enhance Dynamics 365 Integrations and Automations
Within the first 120 days, develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and other enterprise applications to streamline business operations and reduce manual processing. 3. Establish Sustainable Dynamics Development and Governance Practices
Before completion of the engagement, create scalable development standards, documentation, support procedures, and governance processes that enable the organization to maintain and extend the Dynamics platform effectively. Work closely with internal teams to transfer knowledge and ensure long-term sustainability of solutions delivered during the project. Success will be measured through documentation quality, successful knowledge transfer, governance adoption, and reduced dependency on external support resources. This objective may be enhanced using AI-powered documentation and knowledge management solutions.
Subtasks
1. Conduct Business Discovery and Requirements Gathering
2. Develop and Customize Dynamics 365 Components
3. Build Power Platform Solutions
4. Support Enterprise Integrations
