Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7 to 12 years in Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SmartComm modules like Data Modeler, Draft Editor, and Review Now.
  • Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide offshore developers, check code quality, and assign tasks.
  • Create reusable digital forms and letters using tools like the Advanced Template Designer.
  • Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
  • Link SmartComm with larger systems like Guidewire or Salesforce via APIs.
  • Test templates to make sure customer letters, policies, and bills are accurate and compliant.
